Heaters
The following are just some of the heaters which we offer.
- Cartridge style heaters in imperial and metric sizes. Constructions
are high density, low density, square, Pennybottom, and bolt heaters.
- Band heaters come in a variety of constructions each having its own
special advantages. These are mica insulated, ceramic insulated, aluminum
based, tubular nozzle, and mineral insulated bands heaters.
- Cast aluminum and cast bronze heaters in both water cooled and air
cooled designs. Complete engineered packages including air cooled heater,
matching shroud and blower are available.
- Strip heaters are made in channel, mica and aluminum designs.
- Screwplug and flanged immersion heaters are available to heat a variety
of materials. These heaters are available from stock as well as special
made to order units.
- Circulation heaters are based on screwplug and flanged immersion
heaters. Adding the pipe body vessel makes unit become an inline heater.
- Duct heater is built to heat air and other gases. The units can be
sized for different mediums, wattage ratings, and duct sizes.
- Over the side immersion heaters are used to heat the contents of
open topped tanks. Special models are available for use in aggressive
liquids.
- Radiant heaters in long to short wave units. Ceramic emitters, quartz
tubes, and various panel designs are available.
- Tubulars both straight length and formed in a variety of sheath materials
and diameters.
- Silicone rubber heaters are flexible and can be glued to surfaces.
They may also be used for drum heaters.
